Cranberry Oat Bread
Cranberry Oat Bread
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons honey (i added another 1/2 tablespoon)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
2 1/2 cups bread flour (i used all purpose flour)
1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (i used 2 teaspoons)
1/3 cup dried cranberries (i added almost 1 cup)
white bread/ medium/ 2 lb
【notes to myself】
1.太濕,上方有塌陷。下次再放cranberries的時候,如果覺得麵團太濕,就再多放一點麵粉(或許在多個1/4杯或1/2杯),而且照食譜上的高筋麵粉試試看。也可以多放些其他堅果類或是葡萄乾。
2. 這個鬆軟度我喜歡。nini和Richard也都很喜歡。尤其是剛烤出爐的,香噴噴!
3. crust color 我覺得light比較好一點,medium的顏色有點太深了。
4. 攪拌槳在拌勻添加物品後,開始醒麵之前先拿下來,順便整個型,再放回去。可按暫停紐。
