認命點!吃點健康的零食吧! 星期天,Tracy 做了些Oatmeal Raisin 餅乾給他主日學班上的小朋友,嘿嘿...我也混進去跟她要了一塊來吃~ 哈哈!聽說 不難做,我就買了Oatmeal 和麵粉...也打算來試試看!

【材料】
* 3/4 cup butter, softened ( 減至1/2 cup的Butter)
* 3/4 cup white sugar (糖的部份,因沒有白砂糖,所以用黃砂糖)
* 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (省略)
* 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (省略)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt ( 因為奶油本身有加鹽,所以省略)
* 2 3/4 cups rolled oats
* 1 cup raisins
【作法】
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. (看不太出來有沒有smooth...我也不管了,混合就對了。)
3.Beat in the eggs (and vanilla) until fluffy. (不知道有沒有Fluffy,反正混勻就是了。)
Stir together flour, baking soda, (cinnamon, and salt). Gradually beat into butter mixture.
4. Stir in oats and raisins. 總而言之,全部東西加進去打勻就對了。
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. 弄個小圓即可,不用弄太大,他自己會膨脹變大一點。
6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from sheet to wire rack. 我烤了10分鐘。
7. Cool completely. 冷了就ok囉!

還有人說像蚵嗲.... =_=...
唉...我下次得把餅乾弄圓一點!還有麥片要show多一點....
